Chalet Rentals in Quebec

« Hello Mr. Villeneuve. Just a quick note to let you know that we absolutely loved our stay at your wonderful chalet. Very beautiful, very comfortable and very well equipped. Bravo. We would love to return to your chalet this winter. Is it available for rent over the holidays? Or in January? We also plan to rent it again next summer. « Hello, despite the beauty of the chalet I was disappointed for several reasons; the balcony which is absolutely not safe for children, the sauna which is not lit making it uninteresting in the evening, the water access where my obese friend had great difficulty getting out of the lake due to the narrow metal railings on each side of the ladder (he did not swim again...) and finally the charges for wifi usage when I know for a fact that nobody used it, especially since the access code was not given to my guests and we could access data through our cell phones, which made the wifi useless for us. They still charged us $20 despite our objections and the knowledge that nobody used the wifi. »
