A luxury estate on Lac Marsan

The Domaine du Lac Marsan is a premium chalet located in Riviere-Rouge, in the Upper Laurentians. This spacious property accommodates up to 8 guests and offers direct access to Lac Marsan via a private dock. The setting is exceptional: a peaceful lake surrounded by forest, with complete privacy and remarkable sunsets.

The master bedroom is a true retreat with its king-size bed and private clawfoot bathtub, offering a boutique-hotel experience. The two other bedrooms have comfortable double beds, and a sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Two full bathrooms ensure comfort for all occupants.

Exceptional indoor amenities

The kitchen features an antique 6-burner stove that adds character to the space, complemented by an espresso machine and dishwasher. The living area includes a pool table and an electronic piano for evening entertainment with friends or family. A slow combustion wood stove creates a warm atmosphere on cool evenings. All dishes, cutlery, bedding and towels are provided.

Deck and outdoor activities

The new deck is the heart of outdoor living at the estate. It houses a spa and sauna for relaxation after a day of activities. The BBQ and outdoor fire pit area make for memorable evenings under the stars. The private dock on Lac Marsan provides access to 2 kayaks, a rowboat and fishing rods. Four bicycles are also available to explore the surroundings, and diving equipment allows you to discover the lake floor.

Close to Mont-Tremblant

The chalet benefits from a strategic location near the Mont-Tremblant ski resort, one of the most renowned in eastern North America. In winter, Tremblant’s slopes offer world-class alpine skiing. Mont-Tremblant Park features snowshoe trails, hiking paths and via ferrata for outdoor enthusiasts. Aviation enthusiasts can take advantage of flight training and aircraft rental available in the area.

A four-season chalet

In summer, the lake is the main playground with swimming, kayaking, fishing and diving. Autumn paints the Laurentians in spectacular colours visible from the deck or during hikes in the park. Winter transforms the estate into a Nordic paradise with skiing at Tremblant, snowshoeing, and evenings by the fire with the spa under falling snow. Spring brings life back to the lake and surrounding forest.
